We’re excited to let you know that our newest Kickstarter Campaign has just begun! The Lost Atlantis campaign is now live! This campaign features an all new game from the Molis Brothers.
Mankind has always dreamed of what lies beneath the impenetrable waters of the sea. What long-lost treasures remain hidden on the seafloor, waiting for some intrepid explorer to bring them to light? What monsters lurk in the inscrutable deep, waiting for some foolish explorer to venture into their domain?

Update on Fulfillment for Cliffs of Coldharbor

Based on the unexpected and exciting news that our Chinese production facilities were able to get Cliffs of Coldharbor ready for delivery much earlier than we expected we've been working on a lot of back-office issues in the past couple of weeks in preparation for giving you some more info.
We have a number of backers who placed Expedited orders but did not confirm their orders before the Expedited cutoff. We had originally planned to ship those orders in Q1, but because it appears we'll be fulfilling the whole Kickstarter shortly we have decided not to do that and instead fulfill all the open orders at the same time.
Currently our logistics team is working with our global logistics partner to plan for the shipment of the Rewards, add-ons, late pledges, etc. from China to Depots around the world. We should have more visibility about that timing by the end of this month and then we'll be able to project anticipated delivery dates with some degree of accuracy. Currently we believe that fulfillment will happen sometime in the June timeframe.
If you need to make an address change to reflect these dates please update your order as soon as possible and if you have any problems changing your address please email [email protected] for assistance.
A Note About COVID-19:
At this point we are anticipating a lot of disruptions in daily life due to the coronavirus outbreak. Not only are people being asked to shelter in place, but orders for daily staples via ecommerce are skyrocketing which is going to put a strain on the parcel delivery services we use to deliver your orders. Warehouses are also places that can be difficult to keep in a safe and sanitized condition and we expect that closures will occur throughout the logistics chain. Ships may be impacted by enhanced quarantines and customs procedures. These are all "known unknowns"; we can't really predict how things like this will impact delivery but we can predict there will be some effects. Our commitment to you is that we'll do our best to continue to communicate any meaningful and material changes which may arise as we work through this process.

Update on Logistics and Closing the Late Pledges

Hello Backers!
Good news today! Our factory has informed us that they're ready to begin shipping the Cliffs of Coldharbor Rewards (including Advanced Guild Packs and the Guildmaster Upgrade packs). We are now starting the fulfillment process. We will have new etas for delivery of your Rewards soon!
We are going to close the Late Pledges for Cliffs of Coldharbor on Sunday March 8th. If you have been waiting to make an order, please do so immediately.

February 2020 Kickstarter Update for Edge of Darkness

Greetings Kickstarter Backers & Late Pledges!
As you know, the Corona Virus outbreak in China is causing disruptions to the production and shipping of game products. Chinese factories close in January for the Lunar New Year, when many workers return home to their ancestral villages, celebrate with family & friends, and then travel back to their places of employment. This year, the Chinese Government has declared that the Lunar New Year holiday period will be extended, and movement inside of China has been restricted. All of the factories that we work with have been impacted.
As a result of these policies, work we expected to be underway at this time on your Kickstarter Rewards is on hold. When the factories re-open and travel is again permitted we expect that there will be a substantial backlog of work which will further impact the timing of the delivery of your Rewards.
Due to the fluid and uncertain nature of the Chinese manufacturing infrastructure we cannot at this time provide firm estimates of when your Rewards will ship to you. We will continue to update you as we know more about the timing of production and fulfillment. Today, we believe that Rewards will be delayed at least one month from our original estimates.
We're sincerely sorry for these delays and the ripple effects they'll cause for other projects in the Thunderstone Quest and Edge of Darkness lines. We're working with our Chinese factories to ensure that when the restart happens we'll be able to communicate back to all our backers what our revised timelines will be.

Cliffs of Coldharbor has been processed for production. We have completed our review of the files and have made our hand off to the factory. As noted above, we do not know when Edge of Darkness will begin production or when Rewards will be delivered.
As a reminder, if you ordered Cliffs of Cold Harbor you will get the Guildmaster Upgrade Pack for free when your Reward is fulfilled. These packs will also be available for purchase via our online store and we expect to get inventory into the store at the same time that Cliffs of Coldharbor is fulfilled.
Fulfillment of Late Expedited Orders:
If you processed your Expedited Order after the close of order processing we are going to be shipping those orders to you starting next week, with expected delivery in the first week of March. If you need to change your delivery address please contact [email protected] immediately.
Please Note: If you did not select an "Expedited" Reward level during the Kickstarter, your order is NOT EXPEDITED. You can visit your order on BackerKit at any time to review your Reward selection.

Mid-December update on Expedited Delivery & Limited Availability of Guildmaster Upgrade Packs

This communication describes the current status of Expedited fulfillment for Edge of Darkness Cliffs of Coldharbor.

The Expedited Rewards for backers receiving Guildmaster, Sands of Dunestar, etc. have completed shipping. If you have not received your Expedited Reward by Friday 20 December 2019 please email [email protected] for assistance.
The Cliffs of Coldharbor Expansion and Advanced Guild Packs are still on schedule for delivery later in 2020. You will not get those components with an Expedited order.
General Availability of the Guildmaster Upgrade Packs
After completing fulfillment of the Expedited orders we have a small quantity of the Guildmaster Upgrade Packs left from the first production run. We have made these available in our online store. One per household please!
These packs are free but you will pay the shipping & handling for delivery.
Next year, when we ship the Cliffs of Coldharbor expansion, every person who gets the expansion will also receive a Guildmaster Upgrade Pack free of charge, included in their shipment of the expansion.
When our current inventory is exhausted, we will add additional inventory of the Guildmaster Upgrade Packs next year when they have been manufactured, and the item will be available under the same terms (free, but you pay shipping & handling).

INFORMATION ABOUT TRACKING AND TRACKING NUMBERS
We will be uploading tracking numbers received from our logistics depots into the pledge manager over the weekend, and on Monday 16 December 2019 we will be able to begin providing tracking information for backers who are in need of help regarding the status of their order.
